Owner of Dublin’s “Crosby property” appeals Save Mount Diablo’s successful suit against Dublin’s unlawful action
CBG is eager to assist the Court in this case. Along with other friendly environmental organizations (California Wildlife Foundation, Greenbelt Alliance, and the Ohlone Audubon Society) we have filed a “Friend of the Court” brief in support of the trial court decision. The case is now in appellate court.
The original lawsuit opposed the City of Dublin’s decision to put Measure II on the November 2024 ballot without any kind of environmental review. The deceptive measure was the first step in breaking Dublin’s 2014 Urban Limit Line. You can read the brief if you like.
